Teletherapy option is available.
Dear Clients,
For video calls we use a HIPAA compliant website. The website is Doxy.me - https://doxy.me/drvhendrickson. We ask that you complete a teletherapy consent form before using telehealth. The form can be found on the Patient Forms page. Please call Denise if you have questions. There is a Doxy.me badge on the home page. You can use the badge to connect directly to me at Doxy.me at your appointment time. The badge may be the easiest option for you but you can also access it through the Doxy.me website address above. At our scheduled appointment time, you will simply access the site, sign in with your name to let me know you are ready and we will connect. You will need to make sure your camera and microphone are enabled and have a good internet connection.
